DescriptionTwo figurines, one female, one male, made from cornhusks.

(.1) The female figure wears a head scarf over her corn silk hair and holds a wooden object that looks like a broom. Her eyes are dots made with a pen or marker. A piece of gold thread protrudes from the back of her head as if she was meant to hang.

(.2) The male figure sports a plastic top hat glued to the top of his head, a pair of burlap trouser fronts, his legs are tied with twine, and he has a nail protruding between his legs. His eyes and shirt buttons are made with a pen or marker.

Purportedly handmade as wedding gifts or as a cake topper for Barbara Becker and Raymond Girard in 1976.
