Description.1) Clear glass bottle with textured surface nearly to the top, with a rounded lip. Around the neck of the bottle is printed a blue "ribbon" from which hangs a printed pendant in white with two rampant lions (not printed) on either side of a crest printed with a blue gound and white "C", below which in a white ribbon is printed "House of Cott." Near the bottom of the bottle is a printed blue diamond with a white border and the name Cott is script printed across the blue. At the bottom of the diamond below Cott is white ribbon printed with the word "quality". On the back of the bottle around the neck is printed "King Size" and perpendicular to the base printed in white are the words "Bottled under authoirty of / Cott Beverage Corp. / New Haven, Conn. U.S. A. / Contents 12 fl. ozs."

.2) Clear glass bottle with a series or molded rings around the shoulder and with some texture just below the lip. Printed in red on a white rectangle on the front of the bottle is "Windham / Trade Windham Mark / Beverages / Contents 7 fld. ozs." On the back of the bottle is printed "Bottled by / La France Beverage Co. Inc. / Central Village, Conn."

.3) Clear glass bottle printed with "Florade" in yellow on a diagonal on the front and bck of the neck. On a diagonal on the body of the bottle with red stripes above and below yellow stripes around a yellow rectangle is printed "Florade / Reg. US Pat Off". On the back of the bottle, again in yellow is printed Florade on a diagonal and then Products / contain / carbonaated / deep rock water, / flavoring, / artificially colored/ sugar, / citric acid and less than / 1/10 pf 1% benzoate soda / Contents 7 fl. oz./ bottled by the / Newgate / Ginger ale / Company Inc. / Thompsonville, Conn."

These represent only a very few of the many carbonated beverages bottled in Connecticut.
