DescriptionLidded rectangular box with brass hinges, etched with an image of the main Aetna Insurance building in Hartford. The cigars were specially selected for The Aetna Life Club. A paper stamp on the right front corner has been torn. The Aetna Life Club was a social organization composed of the officers and clerks in the home office of Aetna Life and its affiliated companies. Its aim was to develop "social features" among the employees.
