Description(.1) Blue ribbon issued by Hartford County YMCA for first place at an outdoor track meet in 1941. On the back is a cardboard tag indicating it was awarded to S. Cutler for the 220 yard dash. Ribbon is printed in gold and has a string attached through a grommet at the top edge.

(.2) Blue ribbon issued by the Connecticut YMCA for first place at an inter-county indoor track championship in 1940. On the back is a cardboard tag indicating it was awarded to S. Cutler for the standing broad jump. Ribbon is printed in gold and has a string attached through a grommet at the top edge.
