DescriptionFramed tintype of David A. Starr, dressed in a jacket and bow tie, with a handkerchief in the pocket of his jacket. The frame is copper-colored with patterned border. Instead of the usual oval in the center for the photograph, this frame has a more intricate multi-faceted curve around the photograph.
