DescriptionDark brown or black shiny leather flat slippers, with a rounded square toe. The throatline is edged with a pleated blue silk ribbon. A rosette of the same ribbon, centered with a brass flower-like ornament, decorates the vamp at the top of the throatline. The quarters are lined with white leather and the vamp is lined with white plain-woven cotton. The throatline is bound (under the blue ribbon edging) with gold-colored silk tape. The sock lining is white leather.
