DescriptionA large group of men and women stand in a large interior space, identified in the inscription as the Connecticut State Armory. Most of the men wear naval uniforms; a few wear suits or tuxedos. The women wear evening gowns, including strapless evening gowns. Some wear floral corsages. Many wear jewelry, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and wrist watches. Most hold purses. Some men and women wear eyeglasses. One man and one woman are waving. Harold Walter Kiesow and Marion Elliott Kiesow are in the left background.
