DescriptionInfant's petticoat of cream-colored wool flannel, gathered into a 5 3/4-inch-wide cotton waistband. The bottom of the petticoat is decorated with a four-inch-wide band of soutache braid, stitched down in a leaf-like pattern. The bottom of the skirt is edged with silk tatted lace. The center back of the petticoat is open for 12 1/2 inches.
