DescriptionTwo young girls in white dresses and veils pose in a domestic interior. One girl has a crescent moon on her veil. The other has stars on her veil and dress. Houseplants, including a pot of ivy in a plant stand and a potted palm, are in the background. Candlesticks, a Chinese porcelain bowl, a mug and a vase are on a mantle. A bulls-eye mirror, a framed oil painting and other pictures are on the walls. There appear to be prints in a portfolio in a stand. A lamp and a silver loving cup containing roses are on a table at far right. Oriental rugs are on the floor.
