DescriptionYoung woman in a skirt, necktie and blouse stands in a school classroom interior. Windsor chairs are arranged in rows at long wooden tables. Vases of flowers are on the piano in the left background. Framed pictures hang on the walls. There appears to be a bulletin board with cutout flowers or snowflakes on it. Inscribed on back; "Mary Emily (Noble) Bosworth - b. Aug. 10 1879 and died May 1963. Graduated from Hartford Public High School & Normal / School New Britain, Conn. Taught many years in Hartford until retirement in 1944 from / Dr. James H. Naylor School. Married Royal G. Bosworth Oct. 28 1905... She was born in Ledyard, Conn. and died in / West Hartford, Conn." "Picture taken 1902 - her first class."
