DescriptionTwo men seated in swivel chairs at desks in an office interior. Both men have mustaches. One man wears a hat. The desk on the left has pigeonholes full of papers, a blotter, a wicker file basket and ink well on it. The desk at the right has a typewriter on it. A rocking chair with a cane back and seat cushion is in the right foreground. A rug is on the floor. A wicker wastebasket is full of trash. A calendar and two framed oval portraits are on the wall. A hanging light fixture, evidently a gaslight, is between two windows with louvered shutters.
