DescriptionFrame commercial buildings are decorated with American flags, bunting and streamers. Utility poles line both sides of the street. Trolley tracks and wires are in the center. Horse-drawn vehicles, automobiles and a trolley car are in the distance. Men and women are on the sidewalks.
