NotesSubject Note: The old toll board is now in the collections of The Connecticut Historical Society. The Bulkeley Bridge opened to trolley traffic on December 8, 1907 and to the general public on December 21, 1907. The dedication of the bridge was the occasion of a three-day celebration on October 6,7, and 8, 1908.
