DescriptionMen look at a piece of heavy machinery, possibly pouring cement. A large pile of small rocks, several bags and a broom are near the equipment that appears to consist of a steam engine and a large hopper. The building in the background at left is the Charter Oak National Bank at 124 Asylum Street. At the right is Willis & Wilson, hatters, at 115 to 119 Asylum Street.
