DescriptionMen and women, apparently spectators at a contest or race are at the right. Most of the men wear straw hats. A man in the foreground wears a cap and is smoking a cigarette. A grandstand is in the background. A row of automobiles, most with people standing in them, is on the left. A white horse is in the background. Inscribed on back: "Crowds at Fair, Charter / Oak Park, Sept. 8 10."
