DescriptionPallbearers with coffin emerge from the front entrance of St. Joseph's Cathedral accompanied by a priest in a long cassock and other mourners and onlookers. The stone facade of the cathedral with its Gothic arches and carved decorations is in the background. Men wear suits. Women wear hats. The photograph has been retouched to enhance contrasts for reproduction, probably in the Hartford Courant.
