DescriptionGeneral view of construction site from grassy slope. Several automobiles are parked near a rocky outcropping at the far left and along Zion Street. A horse-drawn wagon is in front of a building with a sign that reads: "Emergency Hospital." Wooden construction sheds are to the right with a sign "T.C. Desmond Company / Engineers and / Contractors / New York City." Three billboards read: "In other words / Camels supply everything / you hoped for in cigarettes" "The Best You Ever Tasted / Ward's Pound Cake" "Hartford Ice Cream / Your Best Choice / Without a Doubt." Houses, many of them are half-timbered Tudor revival style, are in the background.
