NotesSubject Note: Charles E. Gross is first listed as an attorney in Hartford in 1875 when he joined the firm of Waldo, Hubbard & Hyde at 2 Central Row. The firm later became Gross, Hyde & Shipman and finally Gross, Gross & Hyde, located at one time at 49 Pearl Street.
