DescriptionTwo tables with telephones and ornate chairs are within an enclosure surrounded by a low banister railing. Tellers' windows are in the left background. An office in the right background is screened by partitions with windows in them. Part of the second story is visible through an opening in the ceiling. Large bouquets of flowers, which include roses and chrysanthemums, are in baskets and vases on the counters in front of the teller's cages, on tables and on top of room dividers. These appear to celebrate the completion of the building. A sign at left reads, in part: "Walter John Skinner / Architect / Clark & Terbennick [?] / Company, Builders."
