DescriptionView of Center Congregational Church and adjoining commercial buildings. The church has an Ionic portico and a tall spire with elaborate columns, cornices, balustrades and vases. The building at the left with the mansard roof and striped awning houses the Linus T. Fenn Co. The building at the right has a sign that reads: "687 Caesar Misch 687." A horse and wagon is front of Caesar Misch Inc., another is on Gold Street, the side street beside Center Church. Utility poles and a fire hydrant are on the sidewalks. Trolley tracks are in the street.
NotesDate Note: The photograph was taken after the widening of Gold Street in 1899.

Subject Note: Linus T. Fenn sold furniture and stoves. Caesar Misch, Inc. was a clothing store.
