DescriptionInterior office room with large table surrounded by Victorian cane and upholstered chairs and patterned carpet. Three walls of room lined with sewing machines. Windows with louvered shutters on left. Paneled wall with two doors on right has dress inside display case. Above case is framed birdseye view map of Paris, France. A saddle is in the corner of the room and a spittoon is in foreground. There is a gas wall light and chandelier.
NotesSubject Note: The Wheeler and Wilson Manufacturing Company manufactured sewing machines from 1850 to 1907. Won gold medal at 1867 Paris Exposition.
