DescriptionSix men, one in a suit, tie and hat, stand at belt driven machinery in industrial factory with electric lamps and pipes hanging from wood ceiling. A workbench is in foreground with oilcan, wrenches and small objects. A round object with holes in foreground is probably is jig. Pendulum wall clock at right says "9 o'clock".
NotesSubject Note: In 1892, the C. S. Mersick and Company, located at 286, 288, 290, 292 State Street were manufacturers of general hardware and supplies for tinsmiths, plumbers, and blacksmiths. They were importers and dealers in iron, steel and metals.
