DescriptionFive men stand in factory room with wood walls, awing windows and drawer cabinet on left and electric lamps and pipes hanging from wood ceiling. Paper boxes are being assembled at two counters with drawers beneath. At the right of a sliding door at the rear are trays with metal objects and paper boxes. Left of the door is a paper and a calendar "The Carriage Mo...1916." Column at right has papers and a telephone with note on speaker and sign above.
NotesSubject Note: In 1892, the C. S. Mersick and Company, located at 286, 288, 290, 292 State Street were manufacturers of general hardware and supplies for tinsmiths, plumbers, and blacksmiths. They were importers and dealers in iron, steel and metals.
