DescriptionOmnibus drawn by two horses stands in water beneath a railroad overpass. The driver sits on his box. The passenger seats are full of men and boys. A conductor in uniform stands knee-deep in water behind the omnibus. Additional men and woman stand on the brownstone [?] abutment, the overpass and the tracks.
