DescriptionTrolley car at intersection of two streets, covered with ice and water. Snow is piled along the sides. Men in overcoats and hats or caps and a woman in a fur coat and a cloche hat walk or stand on the sidewalks. Signs on the trolley read: "Special cars / motor coaches / solve / Transportation / Problems of / Lodges, Clubs, etc." "Sat. Feb. 6 [?] / St. Stephens / Trinity." A sign on the brick commercial building at the left reads "Jeweler." Signs on the building at the right read: "Citizen / Electric Repair[ing?] / Ladies Gents / Shoe Shine Parlor." "Ladies Gents / Shoe / Shine / Parlor / Repairing Neatly / Done by / Machinery." A street light is in front of the shoe shine parlor and utility poles line the street.
