DescriptionTwo large industrial buildings are on the left. The building in the foreground has round Romanesque arches above its windows, a rusticated basement, and flagpoles on its roof. The building in the background has awnings on its windows. Two small round flower gardens are situated in the broad grassy lawn in front of the buildings. The buildings on the opposite side of the street appear to be houses. Utility poles line the streets. The dome of the State Capitol is visible in the distance.
