DescriptionDark leather boot, with broad, rounded square toe and stacked heel. The front of the boot is higher than the back, sloping up from the side seam; this section on boot ".a" is created with a separate piece of leather. Behind the side seam, boot straps are inserted into a horizontal cut in the leather and stitched. The sole is pegged; the front of the sole is built up with one layer of leather. The waist of the sole has been stamped with a decorative line. The heel is reinforced with a horseshoe-shaped piece of steel.
