DescriptionYoung girl seated in the cockpit of a Curtis Jenny biplane. A sign on the side of the plane reads: "U.S. Mail." A man and a boy, possibly Constance's father and brother, August and Emerson C. Kessler, stand by the tail of the airplane. The plane is on a landing strip with houses in the left background and a row of telephone poles in the right background, possibly lining the shore line of the New York New Haven Rail Road. Possibly New Haven County or New London County.
