DescriptionNine women stand with five bicycles at the foot of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch. All wear hats and long skirts. A dog lies at the feet of the women on the left. Inscription on back: "Fall 1890 / Miss Martin (Mrs. Ford), Mrs.W.B. West, Miss Nevers (Mrs. H.D. Tracy), Miss Hattie Nevers (Mrs. E.H. Pember), Miss Spencer (Mrs. C.R.
