DescriptionNine women stand with five bicycles at the foot of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch. All wear hats and long skirts. A dog lies at the feet of the women on the left. Inscription on back: "Fall 1890 / Miss Martin (Mrs. Ford), Mrs.W.B. West, Miss Nevers (Mrs. H.D. Tracy), Miss Hattie Nevers (Mrs. E.H. Pember), Miss Spencer (Mrs. C.R. Nason), Miss Chamberlain (Mrs. Butler), Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. JC.P. Hatch, Mrs. Johnson (Little Ruby's Mother).
NotesSubject Note: Miss Spencer (Mrs. C.R. Nason) is probably Fannie E. Spencer, who married Charles R. Nason. Miss Nevers (Mrs. H.D. Tracy) is probably Jessie I. Nevers, who married Hubert D. Tracy.
