DescriptionPhotocopy of a drawing of the construction of City Place in downtown Hartford, Connecticut, from an elevated perspective. The structure, with about 20 floors completed, is over halfway finished. Two construction cranes are at work on top of the building, with a two others at what appears to be street level on either side of the building.
