DescriptionPark Street is in the foreground. Two automobiles, a truck and a motorcycle are parked on the street. Existing industrial buildings are in the background, beyond the construction site, where four men stand in front of a long wooden shed, probably the construction company offices. Utility poles line both sides of the street and trolley tracks run down the middle.
