DescriptionPanoramic drawing of the buildings of midtown Manhattan, from an elevated perspective. Notable buildings include the Pan Am Building (subsequently the MetLife Building), Citicorp Center (subsequently 601 Lexington Avenue), and the Chrysler Building. There are many other unidentified buildings, most of them skyscrapers. The ones in the immediate foreground and in the background are only sketched, not drawn in detail. The Queensboro Bridge is visible in the background on the right.
