DescriptionWoman's white cotton petticoat witha drawstring waist. The bottom edge is cut in an upward curve at the side seams. It is edged with 2 1/8-inch-wide filet lace. The top of the curves at the side seams are decorated with bows of peach silk ribbon, woven with a diamond figure.
