DescriptionWoman's petticoat of white cotton with a drawstring waist. An 11 1/2-inch flounce is made of machine-made bobbin-made lace bands flanking embroidered sheer cotton. The bottom of the flounce is finished with a four-inch-wide scalloped edging of lace. The flounce is stitched over the petticoat so that it makes a double layer. The lower layer is edged with two-inch-wide lace. The center back opening is nine inches long and fastens at the center with a small mother of pearl button.
