DescriptionWoman's white cotton petticoat with a drawstring waist and center back opening. The petticoat has a 13 1/4-inch-deep flounce headed with an inset of filet lace and another row of filet lace over a row of embroidered self-fabric. This flounce, which is edged with filet lace, is sewn over the petticoat, so that there is a double layer for extra fullness. Under the flounce, the petticoat is trimmed with narrow filet lace.
