DescriptionBearded man with child on net hammock. Boy sitting on ground and girl with large hat. Vernacular two story clapboard gable-end farmhouse with one story ell on left. Viewed from right side of house, ell has two twelve over twelve windows, wood step and batten door. Main house with six over six windows; two on left and one far right per floor. Stone foundation with basement windows and hatchway. A garden is near the ell door and has fan shaped arbor against house. One end of hammock tied to large tree, the other a post. Neatly defined sidewalks around house. Mechanical devise behind house to left; possibly a well.
