DescriptionBearded man with two girls and a dog standing at rail fence and gate which has carved posts, turned finials and diamond shaped decorative accents. The fence parallels a dirt sidewalk and road. House has hip roof, clapboard Italianate with ell, corner porch and louvered shutters; polychromatic colors; center chimney and brick foundation. Vertical siding on large barns behind house. Yard has shaped evergreen bushes and several trees. Inscription on back; "S. Sanford; Hales Saw Mill, call there"; "Unionville"
