DescriptionPhotograph of the building that formerly housed the John P. Nielsen & Sons Ford Agency, then later the State of Connecticut Environmental Protection, Hazardous Waste. The building is depicted from an angle so that the front and part of the right side are visible. It has large banks of windows on both sides, and a pair of arched windows over the front entrance. There is a man walking on the sidewalk in front of it. Also in front is an illegible sign containing the name of the building, and a car in the right foreground.
NotesDate Note: Color inkjet printing became standard in the 1990s, and this photograph could have been printed any time between the early 1990s and Richard Welling's death in 2009. As of 2014, the state appears to have moved its hazardous waste offices to another building, although it is unclear when that move occurred.
