DescriptionTwo drawings of the Welles-Shipman House in South Glastonbury, Connecticut. Both drawings show the front and right side of the house, and also depict a tree in the front on the right and other trees and bushes directly in front of the house and on the left side. 2012.284.5385, the smaller drawing, shows a larger front door than the other one, and the side of the house is not as detailed. Otherwise, they are largely identical.
NotesSubject Note: A reproduction of these drawings appears in Richard Welling's Historic Connecticut Houses.

Date Note: The date is the year Historic Connecticut Houses was published.
