DescriptionCentral to the image is the new Norwalk Town House erected in 1836 and described as "Brick" with a "white steeple" and "white shutters and mouldings." A house lies to the left of the building. The Congregational and Episcopal Church steeples are evident to the right of the drawing above the graveyard that lies behind the town house.The building rests on a hill with a "flag staff" in the center. "Sand," and "Road" and "Water" are labeled in the foreground.
