DescriptionSketchbook consisting of 81 pages of drawings, including depictions of City Place, Constitution Plaza, the demolition of the Harvey & Lewis Building, an Aetna political art show, a "perfect six" apartment building on Park Terrace, the parking lot of City Frame with City Place in the background, the Hartford skyline, and the construction of 100 Pearl Street from City Place, all in Hartford, Connecticut. At Bushnell Park, also in Hartford, the Big Apple Circus, crowds and demonstrators during a visit from President Reagan, and a snow sculpture contest are all pictured. Outside of Hartford, subjects include the railroad tracks in Stamford, Connecticut, stairs in Rye, New York, and a house in Hartsdale, New York. An unidentified interior is depicted, with art works on easels and Song Hays restaurant across the street. Jackets, buildings, plants, newspapers, the possible demolition of a building (with heavy machinery), cranes and Christmas trees are also included.
