DescriptionView of the buildings on the north side of the green in Guilford. In the center is the Congregational Church. To the left is a house and barn and a group of three buildings identified by inscriptions as the "Town House" "Academy Baptist" and the "Engine house." According to an additional note on the Academy "Baptists meet here, formerly on the square." A "board fence" is in front of these buildings. Additional houses, including a saltbox house are to the right. The tree in front is a "Weeping Willow."
