DescriptionA gambrel-roofed frame house is densely surrounded by leafy trees and shrubs. A shed and another outbuilding are at the edge of a grassy lawn. A tall pole in the foreground may be a flagpole.
NotesDate Note: The house was built about 1740 and was originally located on Naubuc Avenue, Glastonbury, Connecticut. It was moved to Groton Long Point by Dr. and Mrs. Howard Bulkeley Haylett in 1937. Mrs. Haylett sold the house in 1971. (Finlay 3/20/2014)
