DescriptionDrawing of City Place in downtown Hartford, Connecticut, from an elevated viewpoint. The front of the building is visible, with Frank's Restaurant on the ground floor and the City Place name over the entrance. There is pedestrian and automobile traffic on Asylum, Haynes and Trumbull Streets. The skywalk between City Place and the building across Asylum Street is pictured, with pedestrians on it, in the lower right.
