DescriptionThe marquee over the entrance to the Hotel Bond is at the left, relfected in floodwaters in what is presumably Asylum Street, Hartford. A sign on a building to the right reads "WINES & LIQUORS". Parts of additional buildings and a billboard are visible in the background.
