DescriptionView from behind of Sara Amory Cheney standing on the brick porch of a large house. She is wearing a long cloak that has fur around the edges and neck. The bottom of a dress peaks out from under the cloak. Sara appears to be holding several feathers in her right hand. There are two chairs on the porch behind her, one on either side of the front entrance, under a portico. The double doors to the house are closed. There is a lantern hanging from the roof of the portico.
NotesAccording to cataloging worksheet in object file, image depicts "Sara (Amory) Cheney dresse[d] in a costume made of Cheney silk for an international silk show".A sign in film 1985.113.2 describes the costume as a "COAT OF DUVETYNE".
