DescriptionA group of people stand under a tarp in the woods. Antoinette Phelps Cheney (Crocker) is the young woman standing in the center. There is a man to her left holding something that she is grasping with her right hand, a boy to her right, and at least three more people standing behind them. A small child walks behind the group, to the right. There is a table under the tarp to the left, set with several dishes. There is a clothes line strung between two saplings in front of the tarp, and there are clothes hanging on the line and on the trees. They are in Keene Valley, New York.
