DescriptionHand puppet of Clara Schumann composed of a cloth body and papier-mâché head with painted features (probably using watercolor) including rosy cheeks, red lips, blue eyes, and black/brown eyebrows with brown synthetic hair and pink painted cloth hands. She wears a dark blue cotton dress with blue synthetic velvet trimming at the wrists, neck, and vertically down the center of the chest. The dress has a white cotton lace collar with five small red paper flowers pinned at the center. Probably used with puppet of Johannes Brahms at age 20 (2013.182.16) and puppet of Johannes Brahms at age 64 (2013.182.17) in play, "Johannes Brahms-5 acts from his life."
