DescriptionDoll's dress made of a fine, white, rib-woven cotton in a dropped waist style. The skirt and bodice are gathered into the waistband. The bodice is covered across the front and back with a round bertha, trimmed with machine-made bobbin-type lace. The neckline above the bertha is filled with self-fabric, decorated with vertical pintucks alternating with bands of lace. The narrow band collar is overlaid with lace. The sleeves are full and gathered into narrow cuffs which are also overlaid with lace. The dress opens at center back and closes with two small mother of pearl buttons.
