DescriptionTwo men sit at a table in the interior of a room, probably in a tavern. Both men hold glasses and wear jackets, vests, shirts, and ties. The man on the right sits in a chair and wears a Phrygian style cap. He is smiling. The man on the left wears a Scottish cap. A woman, probably a barmaid, stands between them, holding a pitcher. She wears a necklace and a shawl. A fireplace is in the left background. A cupboard with a key in the keyhole is in the right background.
